Cancellation conditions

Guidelines for room cancellations according to Austrian Hotel Regulations

Up until three months before arrival of a guest a booking may be cancelled by either party (guest or proprietor) without incurring any cancellation fees.

In the event of cancellation within one month before arrival of a guest by either party (guest or proprietor), a cancellation charge of three nights may be made. Should the proprietor make the cancellation then he is liable to pay this fee to the guest.

In the event of cancellation at a later date the full accommodation price is due. The proprietor must, however, deduct any charges for unused services or income from re-letting the accommodation.
