Ski amadé, means a skiing holiday in the five regions of the Salzburger Sportwelt, Schladming-Dachstein-Tauern, Gastein Valley, Hochkönigs Winterreich and Grossarl Valley.
Ski amadé is the largest ski area in Austria with 270 modern lifts, 860 kilometres of pistes and slopes of all levels of difficulty. All resorts are available on just one lift pass.

A great skiing holiday
The ADAC – ski pass – index 2009 confirms, that the Salzburger Sportwelt, of which Filzmoos is a member, is Austria’s no. 1 ski area, offering the best value for money.
The winter transfer takes guests from Filzmoos to other ski resorts within the Salzburger Sportwelt to Flachau – Flachauwinkl and return three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

The demanding "Hochleiten" piste - a steep black
run for ambitious skiers, off piste skiers and freeriders - on the Grossberg chairlift is being re-opened and revived!

Conditions of age (proof of I.D. with photo required):
Adults: born in 1992 or before
Youth: born in 1993, 1994 and 1995
Children: born from 1996 - 2005
Children born in 2006 or after free of charge (only accompanied by an adult - except for a few nursery slope lifts and when in ski school)
Keycard: deposit Euro 3,00
Photo: required from an 8-day ski pass - digital photo available free at main ticket offices.
Family bonus: families with 3 or more children - on production of proof of family membership - receive a free ski pass for the youngest child(ren).
Easter Family Special: From 17.03.2012 free ski passes for all your own children born in or after 1996 when one parent purchases a ski pass (offer valid on 6 to 18 day ski passes, with the exception of season and ski value tickets). Only valid with proof of family identity. Exchange at a later date not possible.

On the Dachstein Glacier there’s plenty of space.
From the village centre of Filzmoos it’s just 18 km to the valley station. The ski region on the Dachstein Glacier and the return journey on the cable car are included in your ski pass. Beginners and pleasure-skiers feel particularly at home skiing or boarding on the glacier slopes. At 3.000 you’ll find unlimited freedom – skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, backcountry skiing, the view from the Sky Walk, a visit to the Ice Palace, the sun rising and setting ...
