IRMA HOFER
Painting
Portrait and landscape painting
Trained as a woodcarver at the St. Jakob Woodcarving School in the Ahrntal
Attended various courses in painting.
Irma Hofer lives and works as a freelance painter in the Ahrntal.
She seeks a direct means of expressing her passion: the mountains.
Peaks, ridges and nature are both her subject matter and her source of inspiration.
I combine a grounding in craftsmanship with a free artistic vision.
My paintings depict the mountains as a landscape of the soul.
